Me & My Guy Luau

Lindsay and Rick teamed up again on the evening of May 1st for a Hawaiian style Daddy-Daughter Dance at Fairview-Clifton.  Rick had actually enjoyed a shopping spree in preparation for this event since he had nothing appropriate to wear but Ray-Ban’s and flip-flops.  He didn’t want to be TOO boring!  One trip to Old Navy and he had his complete ensemble; his favorite dance clothes ever!

Lindsay, on the other hand, decided to raid the attic for something flowery and Hawaiian to wear to the dance.  She emerged onto the dance floor and was voted, hands down, person with the brightest attire.

Aren’t they quite the pair?  They said their legs felt like rubber, after having run that morning too.

Nathan was SERIOUSLY wondering who the mysterious man in shades was until it turned into a game of Peek-a-boo.  Then he got a big smile.

Lindsay was beaming, so excited to go and have fun with her girlfriends and her Dad.

They ended the evening at Graeter’s in Clifton for a double scoop of double chocolate chip.  The establishment ended up so full of Hawaiian clad men and girls that the workers had to ask where the Luau was.  These two had a great time together.

Butterfly Kisses, anyone?
