We love Autumn… crisp air, cool breezes, crunchy leaves, fuzzy sweaters, orange pumpkins, apple cider, scarecrows, kitty-cats, long walks, so many things to enjoy…
My front yard scarecrows… Tristan used to “be” a scarecrow on our neighborhood walks as a preschooler. He would run ahead and then take a scarecrow stance on the edge of someone’s yard while waiting for me to catch up to him. Fond memories.
We had a “largest leaf” contest. Sycamore leaves can be HUGE!
Tristan loves the spooky spider and web he’s been placing on the front tree each year since he was a little guy and decided that was his contribution to the decorating.
Nathan is fully experiencing Autumn for the first time this year. We called him the “leaf monster”.
Kaitlyn rakes with her little rake as Nathan picks the last tomato from the side garden and attempts to take a bite.
Our trees can’t wait to shed their brown leaves this year due to severe drought conditions.
We made a crunchy “jumping into” pile which was great fun for the little ones.
Nathan loved it! So much fun.
So did big brother.
Here is our leaf monster… Lindsay bravely profers her find. We had some real ones this size all over the place this past summer. Too spooky!
Fun together times.
Cozy Home ready for Halloween!
