June 8th, 2009 at 6 a.m. – Just about to leave for the hospital having been in labor all night. It is a beautiful morning; a perfect day for arrival.
I get to the hospital at 7 cm. No sweat!
Completely natural childbirth didn’t get intense until the last 30 minutes. We walked and played card games the whole time. It was like the Holiday Inn! No pain meds. I feel great and now he’s here.
I am so happy when later that afternoon we finally meet!
And then the rest of the family was introduced.
Who is that?
