Another of our very most favorite places to visit was right near our lunchtime destination and so it seemed reasonable to move our party to the Sacred Grove. It gave our children some time and visit with each other and move around. My kids had been in a car for a whole day followed by being crammed into a hotel room so this was a good time for fresh air and exercise.
Nathan and Porter had some bonding time on the bridge over the little stream.
Cousin line-up for Porter on a bench in the Sacred Grove.
Porter is Daddy’s boy since they went for a good month and a half without seeing each other. And his Mommy isn’t allowed to pick anything/anyone up heavier than the baby during early recovery.
My sister looks GREAT! Her babies are so sweet. She and her husband have a beautiful little family. We actually got all of our family into one picture too!
My older girls in awe of their cousin Samuel; such a tiny little new baby at just 9 days of age. Haley and Lindsay will both make great Moms themselves one day.
Porter braves a visit with his Uncle Rick, then decides to go back to the safety of his Daddy’s arms.
Kaitlyn, Nathan, Porter and Tristan. Tristan is very good with the little boys. Porter and Nathan are “best buddies”. Nathan LOVES his cousin, Porter. We had a refreshing walk through nature’s beauty with our family.

A GREAT day!!! I wish we could have all been together longer!!! It all went WAY too fast!!!! I know! We need to finish off the attic and put a BR and AC up there then you could have afforded to stay longer!!! Anyone have an extra 50-100 thousand so we can make over our attic!!!
