This little kitten ALMOST got a different name…
The day after she arrived, she came tearing through the house when she heard one of Nathan’s Cheerios hit the floor in the kitchen. She was a riot to watch chasing this cheerio around on the floor and when she finally “caught” it I was surprised that she ATE it!!! You can bet that Nathan was giggling at her antics. Then another Cheerio went overboard from the high chair and this kitten responded in the same manner, chasing it this way and that, pouncing on it and then…eating it.
However, we’d already been calling her Sandy for about 18 hours and so the majority voted to keep with the first name that we’d picked out. Cheerio would be a pretty cute name though.
